Suppliers of Methamphetamine in the primary role falls onto the shoulders of the Mexican criminal groups. They are responsible for the rise of Methamphetamine use in the southern part of the state. Methamphetamine from south of the border is in a form commonly referred to as “Ice” which there is no shortage of throughout the state.
Club drugs which include GHB, Ketamine, MDMA, and LSD are transported from the city of Detroit. Some of the drugs also come in from Canada. In the state, urban areas are affected by the abuse of these drugs. The offenders are usually juveniles, and young adults.
In the state of Ohio the drug that receives the most abuse is Marijuana. There are two sources for this drug in the state. One is Marijuana Mexican style from the southwest border, and the other would be the Ohio grown version.
